Jaryd Paquette

Full-stack systems builder.

I ship products end to end — and I have the commercial receipts. ListingRizz cleared CA$12,856.31 Stripe net volume in 14 days (Aug 12–25, 2026) from a prior CA$0 window. Phone Pro Automation scaled to ~$500K+ Stripe sales, ~$590K net profit, and 52× Meta purchase ROAS (Jan 2022–mid 2023). The TypeScript systems below are the engineering depth behind that standard.

What I've fully built.

Commercial receipts first. Then every engineering entry maps to a local codebase with a real stack and deploy path. Claims without a repo — or without numbers — stay off this page.

Acquisition

Renovly Marketing

renovly.ca - waitlist, tools, conversion

Next.js 16 / Supabase / Stripe / Cal.com / ElevenLabs / Playwright

Public face of Renovly: sell the vision, qualify founding contractors, and hand them free tools that prove value before the product seats open. One Supabase project shared with the app and the internal admin.

Consequence: scored waitlist bands plus five free tools writing into the same Postgres Admin and App consume, so acquisition is not a dead landing page.

  • Landing, pricing, how-it-works, and waitlist with lead scoring (low / warm / hot / priority)
  • Five free tools: AI quote starter, review request, before/after social post, missed-call script, growth score
  • Demo requests, Cal.com booking, ElevenLabs voice, Stripe hooks, Resend mail, Playwright coverage

Renovly App

app.renovly.ca - multi-tenant contractor OS

Next.js / Supabase Auth + RLS / Stripe / OpenRouter / Zernio / E2B / TanStack Query

The working SaaS contractors run their business on. Register, create an organization workspace, finish trade/goals onboarding, and land on a dashboard where only the modules they need light up. Strict per-org RLS, branded AI that speaks as their company, Canadian tax-aware quoting.

Consequence: multi-tenant contractor workspaces with org RLS, Stripe billing, and a goal-driven module catalog that turns onboarding into an operable back office.

  • Org model: identity, letterhead, GST/WCB/license, seats (owner/admin/member), invites, plan, enabled_modules
  • Live modules: leads, quotes/invoices, AI estimator (photos + voice), unified inbox, e-sign, AI bookkeeping, branded QR, social/marketing, reviews
  • White-labeled Zernio marketing engine (420+ endpoints across social + ads) behind Renovly UI
  • Stripe billing (checkout, portal, webhooks), OpenRouter AI cluster, E2B sandboxes, Monaco/Sandpack surfaces, cron autopilots

Internal ops

Renovly Admin

Internal command center (operators only)

Next.js RSC / Supabase service-role / Footprint analytics / TanStack Table / Recharts / Resend / OpenRouter / Vercel Cron

Separate Next.js console on the same Postgres as renovly.ca and app.renovly.ca. Service-role only (server-only import so it can never ship to the browser). Read-mostly on source data, write-narrow via audited actions, whole app noindex. Built this deep because the signals have to run the company.

Consequence: a live proof plane (4s journeys, friction events, funnel, CAC, AI analyst every 3h) that turns traffic into marketing, sales, and product decisions, not a vanity dashboard.

  • Footprint capture across marketing + product: /api/track → analytics_sessions + analytics_events. Heartbeats keep sessions live. IP salted+hashed.
  • Identity graph: visitor_id, fingerprint, identify, UTM, device, active_ms, scroll, engaged
  • Decision events: pageview, section_view, rage/dead click, form_field/submit, search, heartbeat, session_end
  • Operator loop: live analytics, visitor journeys, funnel, lead bands, CAC panel, Growth Analyst cron, owner GPT on the same APIs
  • Unified users, Resend mail control plane, lounge moderation, workshops, affiliates, Cal, voice. Sensitive writes audited.

Marketplace connecting digital nomads with independent hostels. NomadOS and HostelOS product surfaces, Clerk auth, Supabase, Firebase, OpenAI + Gemini, and a Three.js globe experience.

Consequence: live production marketplace at hostelhack.com with NomadOS, HostelOS, and a companion admin, not a pitch deck.

  • Public product at hostelhack.com
  • AI-assisted matching and hostel/nomad workflows
  • Companion admin (HostelHackAdmin)

DocsStudio

AI documentation engine

React / Vite / Mermaid / XYFlow / Playwright / Supabase

Documentation product with a Vite/React front (Clerk, Mermaid, XYFlow graphs), a VS Code extension, and a Playwright-powered docs crawler.

Consequence: docs workspace + VS Code extension + Playwright crawler that turns portals into LLM-ready Markdown in Supabase.

  • VS Code extension packaging pipeline
  • Python/Playwright docs scraper with endpoint discovery
System 8

Conversion-focused marketing system for Kootenay businesses, with Clerk dashboards, Stripe, Supabase, and an admin that generates PDFs and runs OpenAI workflows.

Consequence: conversion site plus business-owner dashboards with Stripe, Prisma admin, PDFs, and OpenAI ops for regional clients.

  • Public conversion site and business-owner dashboards
  • Admin with Stripe, Prisma, PDF generation, OpenAI

Local commerce builds

Lead systems that close work

Next.js / Supabase / Zod / OpenAI / Resend-class email

Production marketing and quote systems for real operators. Quote forms, lead delivery, auth, and structured content, not brochure templates.

Consequence: three operator sites (BearBarrier, Black Timber, PFTC) with quote capture and lead delivery wired for real businesses.

  • BearBarrier quote + lead delivery + auth email templates
  • Black Timber site with Supabase and markdown content
  • PFTC product site on Next.js + Supabase

Extension

Pro Submitter

AI Chrome Web Store listing copilot

Chrome MV3 / OpenRouter / Vision models

Manifest V3 side panel that screenshots pages, walks form fields, grounds OpenRouter vision models in your source context, and fills selected fields. Draft mode for CWS hard-blocks.

Consequence: personal MV3 side panel that reads pages with vision + DOM, drafts fills from real source context, and never auto-submits.

  • Full-page stitch capture + DOM field scanning
  • Context vault from manifest/README/source
  • Selective fill with human review gate

Where the work concentrates.

End-to-end ownership

I don't hand off at the API boundary. Same person designs the threat model, ships the Nest/Next surfaces, wires Stripe, and owns Cloud Run when it breaks at 2 a.m.

AI that has a job

Clinical NLP, contractor estimators and bookkeepers that speak as the org, growth analysts on cron, MCP agents, listing copilots. Models sit inside auth, billing, RLS, and audit. They are not the product.

Product + ops split

Renovly is three apps on one database: marketing acquires, the consumer app runs the business, Admin is the operator brain. I only build that third surface this deep when the data has to run the company, not decorate a dashboard.

Recognize. Implement. Leverage.

Renovly Admin exists because I know the data points that matter at every layer (footprint, fingerprint, section dwell, rage/dead clicks, form fields, UTM, identify, funnel stages, CAC) and I know what to do with them. Capture is not the flex. Turning those signals into marketing spend, sales follow-up, activation fixes, and product bets is. Business, marketing, sales, and data in one loop.

Compliance-grade instincts

Scribient forced the hard path: encryption envelopes, hash-chained audit, HIPAA gates, PHI scrub, reproducible package boundaries auditors can actually scope.

Operator-facing craft

Local businesses and founders don't buy architecture diagrams. They buy sites and apps that collect leads, take payment, and look like they mean it.

Your business already has constraints.

The question is whether they're worth fixing.

If there's enough leverage available, we'll find it.
